Return & Refund Policy

UNDELIVERABLE PRODUCTS


If a package is returned to Mega Beauty as undeliverable due to refusal of package or insufficient address, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the purchase, less shipping charges. The returned shipping cost will be automatically deducted from the customer’s refund. If you choose to have your package reshipped, you will be charged a reshipping fee.


LOST OR STOLEN PRODUCTS


Mega Beauty is not responsible for lost/stolen packages that are not insured. Only packages tendered through FedEx Grounds are insurable.


REFUNDS (if applicable)

All sales are final. Refunds are only allowed on items that were delivered incorrectly. Please call or email us immediately. Send photographic evidence to confirm we have delivered a wrong beauty product. DO NOT OPEN OR USE THE PRODUCT. All items must be returned in their original packaging with their labels intact. We cannot accept items that are not in the original factory condition (including all tags). If we shipped you the wrong item, Mega Beauty will pay the shipping cost (via USPS Ground) and we will ship the correct item to you or grant you a full refund. Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. All request made after the fourteenth day will be ineligible for an exchange or refund.


EXCHANGES


You may exchange an item for something else of the same value or more, subject to stock availability. All items must be returned in their original packaging with their labels intact. We cannot accept items that are not in the original factory condition (including all tags). If items are opened, used, altered, damaged, or not in the original packaging, your exchange request will be denied, and you will be responsible for any reshipping fees.


If you choose to exchange a product, you will pay any difference in cost of the item and any additional shipping fees. Mega Beauty will provide the additional cost and accept payment prior to shipping.


Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. All request made after the 14th day will be ineligible for an exchange.


Your returned or exchanged item must meet the conditions below.

  1. Hair extensions must be in new unused condition – unworn, unaltered, undamaged, in the same condition that it was received, and with original package bindings and tags. To minimize the possibility of your order not being accepted, don't remove the product from its original packaging!
  2. Item(s) cannot be opened or used in any way.
  3. Item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 14 days after your order has shipped. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued after the 14th day.
  4. Refunds and exchanges are applicable for continental U.S. orders only. Excludes all international orders and Hawaii/Alaska.
  5. All WIGS are non-refundable due to U.S. FDA sanitary regulations.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards.
  • Mega Loyalty Memberships.
  • Products that are opened, used, altered, and/or damaged.
  • Products with missing components which include but are not limited to: tags, manuals, and packaging materials.
  • Wigs.

HOW TO RETURN


If your item meets the conditions listed above, complete the Return Request form below.


You must have a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us and the number must be visible on the outside of the package. Otherwise the package will be refused. To receive a RMA number, complete the below Return Request form.


When returning goods, include your RMA number, order number, full name, email address, and reason for return to: Mega Beauty, 28610 Hwy 290, Suite FO9, 173, Cypress, Texas 77433


Allow 5 to 10 business days for the shipment to arrive and go through the inspection approval process. 


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


For your protection, and to ensure prompt deliver, we recommend that you send your return item/items via UPS or an insured Parcel Post, such as FedEX Grounds. Please note that return shipping fees are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.


Your refund will be processed based on the original form of payment (minus return shipping and handling). Securely wrap your good in its original packaging to avoid damage in transit back to us. Please note we cannot accept an item for a refund if it has been damaged in transit to us. We advise you to obtain a proof of posting certificate, if using the US Post Office.


If returning items in an order where the initial order qualified for a free gift, the free gift must also be returned in an unused condition. Any items returned without the qualifying free gift will not be refunded.


Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and may take up to ten (10) days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


If your refund is delayed, contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]


DAMAGED ORDERS


Once shipped, Mega Beauty bears no responsibility for products damaged in transit. In the event of such damage, a claim must be initiated by you, the purchaser, and properly filed with the delivering carrier. We will be happy to assist in this process as needed. We can also offer a replacement of the damaged items, or an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value, upon return of items in question and proof of claim filed with the delivering carrier.

Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. The addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper. 


Although human hair extensions can be dyed and permed, we do not recommend coloring or perming human hair extensions, as they have already been chemically processed. We will not assume responsibility for any damages that might result from coloring or perming.


CANCELLATION RIGHTS


You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within one day of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the canceled goods and the delivery charges. This does not include delivery fees. You will then need to return the item(s) by post. Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost.


To cancel your order, please provide us with notice either by letter, email or phone call.


If you exercise your right to cancellation after the item has been delivered to you, please follow the instructions for returns above.


Please note you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered it in error.

Return Authorization Request

At Mega Beauty, customer service is our highest priority.  To ensure timely consideration for a refund or exchange, please complete this return authorization request.  We must receive this form before we can issue a return authorization for your order.  You will receive a RMA number within 24 hours.  You must include the RMA number on the outside of your package.  Otherwise, the package will be refused.
